Dr. Douglas Wilson, PT, DPT
Orthopedic outpatient clinic practitioner and owner
Doug received a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science from Colorado State University; Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center; and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University. Dr. Wilson has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1995 and is currently a member of the Private Practice Section, the Orthopeadic Section, and State of Wyoming Physical Therapy Association. His primary interest areas include: patient centered clinical practice, balance/vestibular dysfunction, manual physical therapy and is one of the few practitioners in the state of Wyoming practicing Functional Dry Needling. Dr. Wilson also has extensive experience with scoliosis patients, temporal mandibular dysfunction, spinal mobilization techniques, and concussion rehabilitation from sports and motor vehicle injuries. He has practiced in Wyoming for over 22 years.
Dr. Rachel MacGillivray, PT
Rachel received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St Louis. She worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in the Washington D.C. area before moving to Cheyenne in 2016. Rachel has taken a variety of continuing education classes focusing on manual therapy techniques and movement-based assessment and treatment. She enjoys helping patients return to the activities they care about and creating an individualized treatment program based on each patient’s goals.
Holly A. Farrar: PTA, BS
Holly has been a PTA in Cheyenne since 2012. Holly received her Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, in Health and Exercise Science with concentration in Sports Medicine. She completed her Physical Therapist Assistant education in Cheyenne, at Laramie County Community College. She enjoys working with geriatric and post-surgery orthopedic patients, and also non-surgical conditions requiring strengthening or conditioning. She is a trained provider for post-offer employment testing with BTE technologies testing strength and endurance for prospective employees for national and local companies. She has also been successfully utilizing advanced Kinesio Taping ® methods on patients with various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Holly is a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association, providing clinical education for physical therapist assistant students. Holly hopes to keep expanding her knowledge and training with manual therapy techniques especially to the shoulder and spine. Holly played competitive volleyball through high school and into college and enjoys youth coaching and sport related conditioning/training for athletes. In her free time Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs hiking, snow shoeing, kayaking, and camping in Colorado and Wyoming.
Tiffany Wagner: PTA
Tiffany moved to Cheyenne in 2009 from Torrington, WY and graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Laramie County Community College in 2011. Since then she has had experience working in the pediatric and orthopedic fields and has been with FYZICAL Cheyenne since October of 2015. Through FYZICAL, Tiffany is a certified BodyQ Specialist and a Certified Health Consultant for XR Nutrition, FYZICAL’s premier nutrition supplement line. She has a passion for helping patients achieve their goals in health, fitness and nutrition and loves working with people from all walks of life through the Cheyenne clinic. Tiffany is married with 3 small dogs, loves to participate in fitness classes and functional strengthening workouts at a local gym, and is also an active member in recreational league softball and volleyball.
Dale L. Wright: PTA
Dale L. Wright, PTA started at FYZICAL in December of 2015. He was born and raised on a family ranch in Bosler, Wyoming. Dale attended the University of Wyoming majoring in Animal Science and then worked full time with his father on the family ranch. Due to unforeseen circumstances in 2012 a career change was necessary and he went back to school at Laramie County Community College, graduating in 2014. Dale is a passionate therapist that works well with all types of injuries and loves seeing people get back to their performance levels. In his spare time, Dale enjoys following his children in all of their various activities and supporting the University of Wyoming athletics. Go Pokes!!
